We ask for a 30% deposit for all boarding booking, example, if your total stay is $150.00, your deposit would be $45.00- up to a maximum of $150 (New max starting August 1st 2024- Prior max was $300) The deposit is 100% refunded if booking is cancelled 7 days prior to your stay. You will receive an email reminder of your dogs upcoming stay, 7 days prior to his stay, that is your final day to cancel to get your refund back.  We do not take payments online. Only in person, or over the phone with credit card or email money transfer. Daycare bookings do not need deposits. We do ask if you can call or email us to let us know if you pup won't be coming to daycare the day he is booked, to make room for others.
